6 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp salt
1 pinch pepper
2 apples, sliced, cored and peeled.
1 cup red seedless grapes, sliced in half (or 1/4 cup of raisins)
1 cup celery, thinly sliced
1 cup chopped, slightly toasted walnuts
Mix together the yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a medium sized bowl. Stir in the apples, celery, grapes and walnuts. Serve over a bed of arugula.
