Strawberry Infused Vinegar

Strawberry Vinegar

 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled, quartered
 1 cup white wine vinegar
 ½ cup unseasoned rice vinegar
 ¼ cup sugar
Equipment Needed
 cheesecloth or coffee filter

Combine strawberries, white wine vinegar, rice vinegar and sugar in a large glass jar. Cover and chill for 24 to 48 hours.


Strain mixture through a sieve lined with cheesecloth or a coffee filter into a clean airtight glass pouring container. Cover and chill. May be stored in a cool, dark place indefinitely.
