Smoked Salmon & Cheese Appetizer

10 oz smoked salmon (chopped, about 2 heaping cups or 300G)
2 large ripe avocados
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup cooked rice pilaf
½ cup Gruyère cheese, grated
1 oz smoked salmon (slices, about 4-5)
1 slice lemon
On a serving platter, place a 6" round springform cake pan, with the bottom removed.
Layer 1- Chopped smoked salmon
Layer 5- Chopped Smoked Salmon
Roll the salmon into shape of roses. Add rosemary and lemon to complete the garnish.
