

Season the halibut with salt and pepper
in a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Cook the halibut for 2 to 3 minutes until crisp. Flip over and do the same. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Add butter, shallots and garlic to the skillet until the garlic is fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add the red pepper flakes, coconut milk, and cream cheese. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Bring to simmer on medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth and creamy. Add the parmesan and spinach and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Add lemon juice, parsley and chives. Add the fish back into the sauce. Serve warm with rice or mashed potatoes.
