Skillet Nachos

 2 tsp olive oil
 1 lb ground beef or turkey
 1 packet taco seasoning
 1 bag (12oz) tortilla chips
 1 cup cooked rice
 1 can pinto beans, drained
 9 oz Mexican Style Blend Shredded Cheese

Preheat oven to 350° F

Grease pan with olive oil. Add ground beef and taco seasoning. Mix with wooden spoon.

In the skillet, arrange a layer of tortilla chips. Top with ground beef, rice, beans and cheese. Repeat layering twice more to make 3 layers. Bake skillet in oven for 5-7 minutes until the cheese has melted.
