Preheat oven to 400° F.
Unroll pie crust and press into a 9" pie plate, crimping the top edges if desired.
Whisk eggs and milk until well blended in a small bowl. Add in the zucchini, crumbled feta, salt, pepper and oregano. Mix well. Pour mixture into pie plate.
Add olives to the top of the mixture.
Bake for 15-20 minutes. Add the tomatoes and serve immediately.
