Keto Haloumi Avocado Salad

 3 oz halloumi cheese
 1 avocado, sliced in half
 1 soft boiled egg, sliced in half
 1 handful of lettuce
 olive oil
 balsamic vinegar
 salt
 sesame seeds

Cut the halloumi cheese into 1/3 inch slices. You don't want to make them too thin since they will shrink a little in the grill.

Grill the halloumi for about 3-5 minutes on each side. You should see nice grill marks along the sides. May also be pan fried as well.

Wash and dry the lettuce, place on a plate along with the avocado and soft boiled egg. Place the halloumi on top. Sprinkle with salt and sesame seeds. Finish with olive oil and balsamic vinegar on top.
