

Filling
Preheat oven to 350° F. In a large pan, heat on high, brown the ground beef. Drain the beef and return to pan. Add the seasoning to the meat and mix well.
Dough
In a microwave safe bowl, combine the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese. Microwave for 45 seconds, mix well and microwave again for another 45 seconds.
Add almond flour, egg and seasoning and mix well.
Roll the dough out between two pieces of parchment paper, to about 1/4" thick.
Using a small 5" bowl or round cookie cutter, stamp out 10 circles out of the dough and place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. You may need to roll the dough scraps to get more circles.
Place a spoonful of meat in the center of each circle.
Fold the dough over and enclose the meat by pinching the edges with your fingers and forming the dough into a half circle.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
