 2 avocados, peeled, pitted and sliced
 8 cherry tomatoes, sliced
 1 lb cooked salad shrimp
 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
 2 tbsp lemon juice
 2 bunches arugula, washed, dried, and torn

In a large salad bowl, mix together avocados, tomatoes, arugula and shrimp. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in lemon juice. Serve cold.
