6 golden delicious apples, peeled, cored and chopped.
 2 tbsp granulated sugar
 1 ¾ tsp ground cinnamon
 1 ½ tsp lemon juice
 1 cup light brown sugar
 ¾ cup old fashioned oats
 ¾ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup cold unsalted butter, diced into small cubes
 pinch of kosher salt

Time Saving Tip: Use an apple peeling machine to slice, core and peel the apples into thin slices in just seconds.

1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 6 small ramekins (6 to 8 ounces) with olive oil. Set aside.

2

In a mixing bowl, add chopped apples, sugar, 3/4 tsp of cinnamon and lemon juice. Mix well and transfer to ramekins.

3

In another mixing bowl, add brown sugar, oats, flour, 1 tsp cinnamon, salt and diced cold butter. Use two forks or your hands to cut the butter into the mixture until it resembles pea-sized crumbs.

4

Spread the toppings over the apples in the ramekins and gently pat to even it out. Bake for 40-50 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.

5

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and caramel syrup if desired.
