Chinese Garlic Chicken

Garlic Chicken
 5 cloves garlic, minced
 ¼ cup soy sauce
 1 tbsp sesame oil
 2 tbsp honey
 1 tbsp cornstarch
 1 tbsp vegetable oil
 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1" pieces
 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
 1 green onion, sliced
Green Beans
 1 tbsp peanut or sesame oil
 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
 1 tbsp white sugar
 2 tbsp oyster sauce
 2 tsp soy sauce

Whisk together minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey and cornstarch until smooth.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium high heat.  Add chicken and garlic mixture to pan and stir fry, stirring frequently, until chicken is cooked through and sauce has thickened, about 5-7 minutes.

Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.

Heat peanut oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in the garlic, and cook until the edges begin to brown, about 20 seconds. Add the green beans; cook and stir until the green beans begin to soften, about 5 minutes. Stir in the sugar, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Continue cooking and stirring for several minutes until the beans have attained the desired degree of tenderness.
