

Preheat the air fryer to 400° F.
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
In a wide, shallow bowl combine flour, panko crumbs and seasonings.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, then dip the chicken into the eggs and transfer to the flour mixture until it is evenly coated.
Spray avocado oil onto basket. Place chicken tenders inside the basket without touching each other. Spray tenders with additional oil.
Cook for 10 minutes, flipping and spraying with avocado oil after 5 minutes.
May be served with ranch dressing.
