Avocado Walnut Onion Salad

 1 tbsp lemon juice
 2 medium avocados, peeled and cubed
 1 pack (5 ounces) spring mix salad greens
 ½ cup chopped red onion
 ¼ cup chopped walnuts, toasted
Lime Dressing
 3 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp minced fresh parsley
 1 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
 1 tbsp sour cream
 1 tbsp lime juice
 1 tsp yellow mustard
  tsp salt
  tsp pepper
 dash sugar

Drizzle lemon juice over avocados. Mix salad greens, onion, walnuts and avocados in a salad bowl. Whisk together salad dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Toss salad.
