Brussels Sprouts

 1.50 lbs fresh Brussels sprouts.
 2 tbsp olive oil
 ½ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp black pepper
 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
 2 tsp honey

Preheat air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes.

Cut Brussels sprouts in half.

In a bowl, toss together the Brussels, oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.

Spray the basket of the air fryer with non stick oil spray. Place the Brussels in the basket and cook for 8-10 minutes. Shake basket after 5 minutes. Check the sprouts to make sure they are crispy and browned, but not burnt.
