Air Fried Chicken Parmesan

 8 oz 2 skinless chicken breasts sliced in half to make 4 breasts
 6 tbsp bread crumbs
 2 tbsp parmesan cheese grated
 1 tbsp butter
 6 tbsp reduced fat mozzarella cheese
 ½ cup marinara
 Cooking Spray Bottle filled with olive oil
 1 box of pasta

Preheat the air fryer to 360°F for 3 minutes. Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package.

Mix the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in a bowl. In another bowl, melt the butter.

Lightly brush the butter onto the chicken and then dip into the bread crumbs mixture.

Place 2 pieces in the basket when the air fryer is ready. Spray the top of the chicken with olive oil.

Cook for 6 minutes and flip each piece over and top with 1tbsp of marinara sauce and 1 1/2 tbsp of shredded mozzarella cheese.

Melt the cheese by cooking for 3 minutes more.

Set aside and keep warm. Repeat with the other two pieces.
