 3 cups cauliflower
 1.50 tsp olive oil
 0.75 tsp dried oregano
 1 tbsp pine nuts
 0.50 tsp fresh lemon juice
 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Place cut cauliflower in a bowl and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Add oregano and salt and pepper to taste.

Place in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 375° F. Pour into a serving bowl and add the pine nuts, lemon juice and parsley.
